She is survived by: her daughter Patricia A. Dunn (Roger Dunn); her brother Jack Ayscue Jr.; her grandchildren, April R. Carpenter (Steven Carpenter), Wesley N. Dunn, Clay "Sean" Thornton and Joshua W. Thornton; her great grandchildren, Emma G. Carpenter and Olivia B. Carpenter; her siblings, Helen Fondren, Rosa Walden, Linda Tyson, Howard Segrest, Dennis Segrest and Wayne Segrest; and her sister-in-law Ruth Segrest.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Springs Baptist Church (3844 Pleasant Springs Dr, Tuskegee, AL 36083). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
