She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin P. Collins Sr. and Sibyl Elizabeth Collins (Simmons). She is survived by: her husband Ralph Wayne Adams of York, SC; her children, Kelley Adams, Kim Garand (Bob), Kristen Lowry (Kevin) and Michael Adams (Stephanie); her brother Mel Collins (Patty); her sibling's children, Andy Collins (Katie) and Chris Collins (Jess); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Archie, Holden and Jackson. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
