He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward McKenzie and Helen Virginia McKenzie; and his siblings, Diane Judson, Avis Dellinger and Donald McKenzie.
He is survived by: his son Alvin Dale McKenzie (Melissa Carrillo); his grandchildren, Justin McKenzie, Cole McKenzie, Ethan McKenzie, Michael McKenzie, Christian Ochoa, William Carrillo and Mariadel Carrillo; his great grandchildren, Colton Taylor, Nuies Lewis and Lyndrix Lewis; and his siblings, Nyoka Willoughby (Frank), Edward McKenzie (Judy) and Ronald McKenzie (Sandra).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home (209 N Main St, Clover, SC 29710). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Lakeview Memory Gardens (1774 Filbert Hwy, York, SC 29745).
