She was predeceased by: her parents, George Benz and Frances Benz (Hendrickson); and her husband Robert "Bob" Frank. She is survived by: her children, Greg Frank (Merleen) of Aberdeen, SD and Pam Hay (Jim) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Shane, Corey, Melina, Ciara, Riley, Sophie and Jenna; and her great grandchildren, Nora and Daphne.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (1429 N Dakota St, Aberdeen, SD 57401).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church or the Aberdeen Area Humane Society in honor of Barbara.
