He is survived by: his children, Jarami Van Wagner of Sioux Falls, SD and Lindsay Oleson (Mike) of Aberdeen, SD; his siblings, Kathy Sprinkel (Keith) of Aberdeen, SD, Robert Van Wagner (Tonya) of Redfield, SD and Russell Van Wagner of St. Paul, MN; his grandchildren, Destiny, Trinity, Connor and Brinley; his uncle Marvin Rapp of Texas; and his cousin Jean Rapp (Sean) of New Mexico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be sent to the Aberdeen Area Humane Society or a charity of your choice in memory of Bud.
