He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Bierman (Johnson) and Raymond Bierman; his parents-in-law, Alvin "Bud" and June Krause; his brother-in-law Dennis Collins; and his grandson Ethan Izenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hausvik (Krause); his stepchildren, Melissa Ali (Luay) of Pipestone, MN and Ryan Hausvik (Aaron) of Portland, OR; his siblings, Karen Collins, Carleen Cross of Faulkton, SD, Orene Taylor (Thyris) of Omaha, NE and Craig Bierman of Faulkton, SD; and his grandchildren, Kayden Izenberg of Aberdeen, SD, Ameer, Laila Ali of Pipestone, MN, Dejae and Heaven Hausvik of Portland, OR. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Schriver's Mortuary (414 5th Ave NW, Aberdeen, SD 57401).
