He is survived by: his wife Betty Heier; his children, Gary Heier (Angela) of Cebu, James Heier (Janet) of Aberdeen, Diane Klungseth (Donny) of Aberdeen, Linda Ramirez (Edilberto) of Biloxi, MS and Mary Quiling of Oakland, CA; and his siblings, Albert Heier of Aberdeen and Regina Reis (Carroll) of Aberdeen. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
