He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard H. Fort, Sr. and Margaret Stevens Fort; his brothers, Ray Hendricks Fort and Howard H. Fort, Jr.; his friend Richard Holmberg; and his former wife Mary Elaine Kessel Jensen.
He is survived by: his son Steven A. Jensen; his daughter-in-law Joanne; his grandchildren, Jamie and Kellie; and his nephew Randall M. Fort (Lynn Holmberg Dahl). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews, and a legion of dear, close friends.
