He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harty and Janene Harty (Bierman). He is survived by: his siblings, Tammie Crume, Lorie Harty, Christy Harty and Stacy Harty (Jane); his daughters, Brandy Marzenell and Samantha Molina; his grandchildren, Estelle Marzenell, Kayleigh Marzenell, Breanna Marzenell, Dawson Marzenell, Caleb Molina, Kira Molina and Tyler Harker; his nieces and nephews, Melinda Ryals (Jesse), Tanya Reszler (Corey), Teena Torrence, Brittany Harty, Kaylei Bauman, Justin Harty (Rebekah), Brandon Lefthand, Hessten, Micheal Harty, Kaysie Bauman and Josh Crume; and his aunts, Jalby Dunker (Dick) and Mary Harty.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Schriver's Memorial Fellowship Center (414 5th Ave NW, Aberdeen, SD 57401).
