She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kruhaj and Anne Kruhaj (Grencik); her husband David Henjum; her son Paul Henjum; and her brother Gene Kruhaj.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill Lang (Paul); her grandchildren, Aby Lang, Alyson Lang, Kayley Henjum (Austin Fisher) and Mitchell Henjum; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Henjum; her niece Maggie Kruhaj; and her siblings, Diane Spillers (Ron), John Kruhaj Jr., Kenny Kruhaj (Linda) and Buddy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in Kathy's name for a nursing scholarship.
