He is survived by: his wife Susan St. Pierre of Aberdeen; his children, David Edson (Bobbi) of Queen Creek, AZ, Kim Edson (Angie Joyce) of Rochester, MN and Kristen Edson (Jim Bregi) of Roseville, MN.; his grandchildren, Isaac Edson, Andrew Edson, Eddie Bregi (Megan) and Sadie Bregi; and his siblings, Winston Edson of Cedar Rapids, IA and Kathy Wilson (Bob) of Sugar Land, TX..
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home (1111 S Main St, Aberdeen, SD 57401). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1732 S Main St, Aberdeen, SD 57401).
