She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Fossum and Lois Fossum (Sampsell); her siblings, Robert Fossum and JoAnn Oliver; and her son-in-law John Gardner.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Krogman; her daughters, Tammy Gardner (Dale Geist) and Tracy Madsen (Charles); her grandchildren, Trevor Rymer (Sage Nichols), Travis Rymer, Brandon Gardner, Blake Madsen, Landon Madsen and Ashlynn Madsen; her sister Judy Schweigert; and her sister-in-law Georgia Fossum.
