He is survived by: his wife Cindy Schwan; his stepsons, Chris Schwan and Cory Schwan; his granddaughters, Emily, Addison, Brooklyn and Sawyer Schwan; his stepmother Shelby Sasser; his sister Sheryl Langford; his niece Stacey McCormick; and his nephews, Leighton Langford and Michael Langford.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Schriver's Memorial Chapel (414 5th Ave NW, Aberdeen, SD 57401). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
