He was predeceased by: his parents, Leialoha Lopes (Kanehailua) and William Antone Lopes Jr.; his former wife Judith K. Mormon of Yankton, SD; his daughter Amy; his great grandchild Stetson Bierman; and his siblings, Mitchell, Maude, William III, Isabell, Louise and Crystal.
He is survived by: his son William "Billy" (Ashley); his wife Beth; his children, Edward (Lisa), Howard (Aleka), Joshua (Kimber) and Hannah (Cully); his grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah (Elias), Amylynn (Jordan), Molly (Jordan), Ulalena, Zeus, Scarlett, Brennen (Marlee), Mason (Gavin), DeAngelo and Keahi; his great grandchildren, Jorlynn, Jordan, Kekoa, Asa-Etuati, Mokihana-Rose, Aurora-Jean, Jordan-Veronika and Joey-Kalea; and his siblings, Robert (Berta), Castner, Norman (Vonnie) and Danyea (Metusela). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
