With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Micheal Krause of Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on November 22, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Gwen Krause (Palmer); and his grandparents, Otto, Lena Krause, Glen and Darline Palmer.
He is survived by: his father Larry Krause (Letitia); his sister Lori Garrison (Tom); his stepsiblings, Kimberly Fraser (Kent), Kirsten Ackmann and Brian Ellison (Erin); and his close friend Betsy Harry. He is also survived by three nephews; one great-nephew; ten step nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 9:30 AM. A prayer was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schriver's Memorial Mortuary & Crematory (414 5th Ave NW, Aberdeen, SD 57401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (14908 377th Ave, Mansfield, SD 57460).
