Nyla Zastrow Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nyla Zastrow of Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nyle Martin and Florence Martin (Deuschle); her husband Robert Zastrow; her grandson Spencer Robert Zastrow; and her brothers, Daryl and David Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Marla Zastrow, Terry Buchholz (Wanda), Jesse Zastrow, Staci Seabold (Jeff), Jana Hahne (Mike) and Julie Voeller (Jeff); her grandchildren, Collin Zastrow (Latesa Geist), Brandon Buchholz (Hannah), Anne Buchholz (Reid Zietlow), Vanessa Zastrow (Cody Christensen), Dakota Zastrow, Audriana Zastrow, Jacob Seabold, Kristofer Tunby (Ally) and Amy Zastrow-Voeller; her great grandchildren, Amara, Dean, Madelyn Buchholz, Rylee Faye Tunby, Mason and Madilyn Stahl; and her sister Bonnie Soukup.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home (1111 S Main St, Aberdeen, SD 57401). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
