He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottlob Sperle and Christina Sperle (Merkle); his wife Alvina Sperle; his son Gary Sperle; and his son-in-law Emmett Peterson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sylvia Peterson and Arlene Wellman; and his close friend Marge Dutenhoeffer.
