He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Neuharth); his son Roger Jr. Blum (Janet); his grandchildren, Courtney Blum and Montana Smith (Auston); his children, Patricia Simpson (Charles) and John Blum (Dominika); and his sister Jeraldine Peterson.
