He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Fisk and Dorothy Fisk. He is survived by: his children, Tom Fisk (Jill) of Shell Knob, MO, Dara Ekanger (Talmage) of Aberdeen, SD and David Fisk (Amanda) of Claremore, OK; and his brother Jim. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
