He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Loren Miller and Frankie Belle Miller; and his siblings, Dennis, Carol and Sue.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jack and Lori; his daughters, Dawn and Amy; and his grandchildren, Carly and Domenick. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces and nephews; extended family; and dear friends.
