He is survived by: his parents, Jason Fickbohm and Stacy Fickbohm (Johnson); his siblings, Zach, Zane Fickbohm and Zoe Fickbohm; and his grandparents, DeLane and Nancy Fickbohm. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles.
