With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Stephenson of Alcester, South Dakota, born in Hawarden, Iowa, who passed away on May 18, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William Jurgensen and Emma Jurgensen (Loge); her former life partner Robert Charles Warner; her husband Harold Stephenson; and her son Douglas Warner.
She is survived by : her children, David (Michelle Warner), Darrell (Rachele Warner), Tim (Cathy Warner), Terry Warner of Sioux Falls and Cindy Peterson of Alcester. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family prefers memorials to be directed to the Alcester VFW Auxiliary.
