He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" Hrdlicka and Hazel Hrdlicka (Schroeder); his wife Betty Stock; his daughter Machelle VanCleave; his grandson Keith; his brothers, Larry, Bob and Denny Hrdlicka; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Alley, Helen, Jan and Peggy.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Hrdlicka (Faith YellowHawk) of Huron, SD, Rodney Hrdlicka of Tripp, SD, Brian Hrdlicka of Springfield, SD and Tammy Fleming of Lexington, NE; and his siblings, Roger Hrdlicka of Spokane, WA and Gloria Alley of Yankton, SD. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
