He is survived by: his wife Clarice Noteboom of Armour; his children, Dwight DeVries (Denise) of Yankton, SD, Leanne Wieczorek (Curt) of Mt. Vernon, SD and Dan DeVries (Jill) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Janelle (Aaron), Kaili (Beau), Logan, Garrett (Brittany), Danielle (Ryan), Megan (Bradley), Emily (Micah), Alex (Carissa) and Dereck (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Karlie, Austin and Kensley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Grandview Reformed Church (27991 US-281, Armour, SD 57313). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
