He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Frank of Avon, SD; his children, Stacy Frank (Christi) of Tripp, SD, Kelcey Frank (Summer Radke), Cindy Frank (Trevor Koehn) of Brandon, SD and Gary Frank (Kelsey) of Avon, SD.; his grandchildren, Weston Frank, Ashton Frank, Jasmin Frank, Allison Frank, Alexis Bierbrauer (Jordan), Chase Frank (Cassandra), Christian Jager, Nicholas Jager (Makenzie), MacKenzie Martin (Gavin), Chloe Kocer, Jocelyn Kocer and Camden Frank; his great grandchild Wilder Jager; and his siblings, Dennis Frank (Janet), Judith Mulder (John), Mary Schertel (Eric) and Kenneth Frank (Madge). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
