She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jeffery and Anna Willoughby (Wolff); her husband George Evans; her stepfather Robert L. Evans; her daughter Constance Marie; her grandson Harvey Albert Garr, Jr.; her brother Wallace Willoughby; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Telford, Irene Willoughby, Robert Evans, Gene Telford and Philip Shannon.
She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Ann (Al) of Belle Fourche; her grandson Tigh Garr of Belle Fourche; her great grandchild Preston Garr of Rapid City; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Shannon of Sturgis, SD and Verona Evans of Rapid City, SD.
