He is survived by: his former spouse Kiley VanSickle; his children, Whyatt Erb and Zoey VanSickle of Belle Fourche; the mother of his children Kiley VanSickle of Belle Fourche; his parent Nina Hurt (David Poitra) of Concho, AZ; his sisters, Adrian Erb of Gillette, WY and Savanna Thomas of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandmothers, Rose Donovan and Diane Homann.
