With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Dougherty of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, who passed away on May 28, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Stinson and Margaret Stinson; her former husband William Dougherty; her daughter Kerry; and her brother Joel Stinson.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Fladmoe; her stepdaughter Shannon Sellers; and her brothers, John Stinson and Tom Stinson. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers or gifts, contributions to the American Cancer Society in Charlotte's memory would be greatly appreciated.
