He is survived by: his wife Helen Steen; and his children, Ona Rae Archer (John) of Stanwood, WA, Lynn Bailey (Rachel) of Sioux Falls, SD and Lee Bailey (Audra) of Spearfish, SD. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
