He is survived by: his wife Karen Kurzenberger (Larson); his sons, Casey and Trent; his grandchildren, Delanie and Addisyn; and his siblings, Norval "Butch", Terry, Rocky, Billie, Roberta, Doris, Jamie, Mary and Bonnie Jean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
