He was predeceased by : his brother Adam. He is survived by : his parents, Ken (Kimberly) and Linda (Box Elder); and his siblings, David (Hayley), Blake (Cady), Allex, Heather, Cassidy, Box Elder and Holly (Tyler). He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
