She was predeceased by: her parents, August Hertel and Minnie Hertel; her sister Maryann Bauder (Harvey); her children, Laura, Tina Hull and Clarence Dean; her grandchildren, Cassie and Clarence R; her nephews, Jody Fischer and Jay Bauder; and her brother-in-law Charles Fischer.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence Tex Arnold; her children, Shelly Kinzie (Gary) of Maryland, Kevin Arnold (LaRae) of Heber City, UT and Todd Arnold (Lupe) of Arkansas; and her siblings, Joe Hertel (Jane) of Mandan, ND and Betty Fischer of Gillette, WY. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous loved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peace Lutheran Church (219 E St Anne St, Rapid City, SD 57701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
