He is survived by: his parents, Curtis Shoemaker and Valeria Shoemaker (Johnson) of Spearfish; his brothers, Vincent (Lynsi) of Larkspur, CO and Steven (Pam) of Georgetown, TX; and his aunts and uncles, Larry, Mary Shoemaker of Belle Fourche, Ron and Bev Johnson of Vale.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. James Lutheran Church (1100 Stanley St, Belle Fourche, SD 57717).
