He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kruse and Frances Kruse; and his son Craig Kruse. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Kruse of Belle Fourche; his children, April Metheney, Dwayne Kruse, Carl Thomson, Cody Robertson and Kimberly Osterkamp; and his siblings, Sonny Kruse, Keith Kruse, Donna Johnson and Bette Willard. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
