He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Hatzenbiler; his wife Mary Jane Reisenauer; his siblings, Daniel and Angelina Wanamaker; and his brother-in-law Alfred LaRocque.
He is survived by: his son Jacob of Belle Fourche; his granddaughter Paige Fabris (John) of Sundance, WY; his great grandchildren, Rylan, Walker and Carter; and his sister Rosita LaRocque of Missoula, MT. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills (715 National St, Belle Fourche, SD 57717). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St Paul's Catholic Church (834 6th Ave, Belle Fourche, SD 57717). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
