He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter G. Hoffman (Rod) and Onalee Hoffman (Lytle); and his brother Ben Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Hoffman (Jennifer) of Arlington, TX and Brandy Bailey (P. J.) of Midlothian, TX; his sisters, Chris Crago (Cliff) of Belle Fourche, SD, Dawn Newland of Colony, WY and Kathy Thompson (Ted) of Whitewood, SD; his grandchildren, Cassidy of Texas, Caroline Hoffman of Texas, Ava of Texas and Andrew Bailey of Texas; and his close friend Saundra Reedy of Bison, SD.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
