He is survived by: his wife Kris of Belle Fourche; his children, Amanda Edwards (Q'Andre) of Belle Fourche, Justin (Jordan Knight) of Belle Fourche, James of Belle Fourche and Machellea Cook of Belle Fourche; his grandchildren, Isabellea, John, Davon, Remy, Alivia and Aksel; and his siblings, Monte Cook of Arizona, Robin Cook of North Dakota, Margaret "Peggy" Tichi of Belle Fourche and Ruby Kuhn (Don) of Canada.
