He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sweeter and Gladys Sweeter (Fodness); and his sister Laureli Hagman. He is survived by: his siblings, Cheryl Loye (Stan Jaeger) and Giles (Roxanne Sweeter); and his siblings' children, Toni Knudson, Trisha Ellingson (Sweeter) and Todd Dale Sweeter. He is also survived by eight grand nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Romsdal Church (29193 477th Ave, Hudson, SD 57034).
