He is survived by: his significant other Joan MacMillan; his siblings, Curt Gustafson and Connie Miller; his siblings' children, Eric Gustafson (Beth), Christopher, Jacob and Carly; and his close friends, Mike Farland (Teri), Cindy Anderson (Chuck), Mark Freese, Kevin Kouf and Steve Sewell.
