He was predeceased by : his parents, Zita Liebig (Robinson) and Gaar Liebig; his brother-in-law Ron; his niece Kristi Ann; his great-nephew Austin; and his great-niece Taylor.

He is survived by : his daughter Audra; his son-in-law Gordy; his grandsons, Gage, Kasen and Gaven; and his siblings, Jane Crist (Mel), Julie Richmond (Keith), Joan Persing and Louis Liebig (Myrt).

A memorial has been established for college education of his grandsons.

“So sorry for your loss. It was a pleasure to have known Norb, he taught patrolling to our recruit class in 1984, and I later attended other training with him, including a DEA drug investigator course. He was so informative, understanding and possessed a wonderful sense of humor. I regret I never had the opportunity to work with him. Best wishes. Jay Morrow NSP 373R”
