It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip Curtis Bechard of Black Hawk, South Dakota, born in Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Bechard and Winnifred Bechard; his siblings-in-law, Harold and Ann Simpson; his son Curtis Bechard; and his brother Ralph Bechard.
He is survived by : his wife Sue Bechard; his children, Wayne Bechard, Stacee Compton (Wyatt), Amanda Bechard, Mario Volmer (Nancy), Tyson Volmer (Katherine) and Shelli Wellman; his grandchildren, Genevra, Haxton, Ian, Chelsea, Nova, Taylan, Noah, Emma and Carter; and also Amanda. He is also survived by brothers and several nieces and nephews.
