She is survived by : her husband Roger Jacobs; her children, Shane Jacobs (Ashley) of Bowdle and Michelle Heilman (Robert) of Westport, SD; her grandchildren, MacKenzie Hertel, Tyler Heilman of Groton, SD, Jenisa Jacobs and Jade Jacobs of Bowdle; and her great grandchild Andrew of Groton.
