She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Kavanagh and Lorraine Kavanagh (Shult). She is survived by : her husband Marlin; her daughters, Lisa Johnson (Keith) of Hartford, SD, Sara Stone (Todd) of Brandon, SD and Jennifer Vlaminck (Curt) of Valley Springs, SD; her grandchildren, Tyler, Trey, Isabella, Gavin, Brooks and Jase; and her siblings, Linda Rozeboom (Conley), Ron Kavanagh (Linda) and Randy Kavanagh (Deanne).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Boom Funeral Chapel (2500 E Aspen Blvd, Brandon, SD 57005). A wake was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Risen Savior Catholic Church (301 N Splitrock Blvd, Brandon, SD 57005).
