He is survived by : his daughters, Molly Malsam (Randy) of Castle Rock, CO and Maggie Nygaard (Matt) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Elliot, Dominic Malsam of Castle Rock, CO, Bethany Nygaard of Omaha, NE and Carleigh Nygaard of Albany, NY; his brother Dennis Johnson of Breckenridge, CO; and his former life partner Buff Johnson.
