She is survived by : her husband Shannon; her children, Randy Mack (Seema) of Chicago, IL and Cassie Fehlen (Matt) of Minneapolis, MN; her granddaughters, Sloane and Reese Mack of Chicago, IL; and her siblings, Gary Hoffman (Susan) of Jefferson, IA, DeAnn Scharingson (Mike) of Grand Junction, IA, Marty Hoffman (Linda) of Grand Junction, IA, Denise Gannon (Hugh) of Grand Junction, IA, Marc Hoffman (Jacque) of Grand Junction, IA and Tracy Brelsford (Todd) of Ogden, IA..
