Valerie Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Valerie Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Valerie Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald McKnight (Butch) and Patricia McKnight (Lester); and her brother Brad McKnight. She is survived by: her significant other John Facile; her sister Deanna McKnight of Brandon; and her friends, Deanna McKnight and John Facile.
Val had a long battle with Dementia, which had advanced to Alzheimer's. The last five years, Val was involved in a study at the Mayo Clinic where physicians were studying her brain for a cure for dementia. By her gift of donation, Val is still giving Mayo Clinic data to the study through her death.
