He was predeceased by: his father Robert Mitchell, Sr.; and his sister Rita Vollmer. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Mitchell (Haven) of Aberdeen, SD; his daughter Roberta "Bobbi Pat" Hindberg (Mitchell) of Tea, SD; his grandchildren, Kimberlee, Hayden and Emmalee Hindberg of Tea, SD; his former wife Sylvia Bebo of Tea, SD; and his siblings, Rick Mitchell of Dickinson, ND, Tom Mitchell of Brentford, SD, Bill Mitchell (Vicki) of Brentford, SD, Mary Fortin (Marion) of Brentford, SD, Julie Reff of Clark, SD and Brian Mitchell of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as many dear friends.
