She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Henry "Hank", Adele Herrick and Dale McKittrick; and her aunt Judy Herrick. She is survived by : her children, Brody and Keevah; her parents, Leon Herrick and Donna Herrick; her siblings, Randy Herrick (Angela), Rachel Wilson (Tony) and Danielle Martin (Dennis); her grandmother Joyce McKittrick; and her aunts and uncles, Terri Holmes, Les Herrick (Myra), Sonny Herrick, Bonnie Horter and Jim Herrick (Pam).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in care of the family for Lori's children.
