He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy, Betty Mundt, Wilford and Arlene Wallace; and his father-in-law Ben Schaaf.
He is survived by: his father Gary Mundt (Gloria); his wife Ada; his sons, Jonathon and Chase; his mother Linda Kilvington (Wallace); his siblings, Beverly Lush (Jeff) and Jason Mundt (Jessica); his mother-in-law Ella Schaaf; his stepsiblings, Michelle Papke (Allen), Jeanette Quandt (Jeff), Daren Gisi (Errin) and Tammy Anderson (Ray); and his brothers-in-law, Chad Schaaf (Michelle), Brett Schaaf (Heather) and Benji Schaaf (Lindsey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
