It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal J. Kann (Britton, South Dakota), who passed away on October 11, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Umberger and Florence Umberger (Cease); her husband Kenneth Kann; her children, George and Sandra Ellingson; and her son-in-law Mike Wilhelmi.
She is survived by : her children, Deb Wilhelmi of Horace, ND, Greg Kann (Pam) of Buena Vista, CO, Carol Terry (Melvin) of Burton, MI, Clinton Kann (Lisa) of Britton and Steve Kann (Shelly) of Langford; her children-in-law, Mark Ellingson of Britton and Molly Kann of Britton; and her sister-in-law Audrey Kann of Aberdeen, SD.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
